Trademark assignment & licensing

 According to patent & trademark law of Iran, all changes with regard to the ownership of trademark must officially be recorded before the IIPO.  Furthermore all licensing agreement must be recorded before the IIPO in order to receive proper protection.

Ministry of Health require all cosmetic and food related companies in Iran that have agreement with foreign suppliers and authorized to use their trademarks on the products must record the licensing agreement before the IIPO.
